Yes, shipping to a packing station/post office is possible. Please provide the necessary numbers for the shipping address (postal number and packing station / post office number)

You can pay with us by credit card or advance payment (bank transfer). Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal and similar payment methods as vaporizers violate their policies.

The guarantee for all electronic components is 2 years from the date of purchase.
Important: Incorrect use and self-inflicted damage are excluded from the guarantee.

The warranty for batteries is 6 months from the date of purchase.

In order to fill the chamber of the vaporizer, the mouthpiece must be removed. Put chopped herbs into the chamber and then put the mouthpiece back on the vaporizer.
For particularly finely chopped herbs, it is recommended to place one of the enclosed sieves in the heating chamber to avoid clogging the chamber.

Endless timer: The session can be extended by 2 minutes by double-clicking the power button.

Place bubbler on a flat surface and slowly fill with water. When the bubbler is full, the excess water runs out the bottom. Before use on the vaporizer, pull the bubbler once to make sure the excess water has drained away.

Den Bubbler reinigt man am Besten mit Wasser und etwas Spüli. Dafür den Gummitstopper entfernen, damit das Wasser rauslaufen kann.

Das Restwasser kann entfernt werden, indem man oben reinpustet.

Mouthpiece: can be cleaned with alcohol / isopropanol. Please note that the mouthpiece should only be placed on the vaporizer when it is dry.

Heating chamber: can be cleaned with the included cleaning brush. Or with a cotton swab soaked in isopropanol. Please make sure that the cotton swab is only slightly moistened; it should not be dripping with liquid.

Remove the mouthpiece from the vaporizer, turn it upside down and loosen the rubber seal slightly. Remove the sieve and replace it with a new one.

Remove the mouthpiece from the vaporizer so that the heating chamber is visible and turn the vaporizer upside down so that the screen falls out. Simply drop a new sieve into the chamber.

The sieve in the heating chamber is intended to ensure that the chamber does not become clogged, especially with very finely chopped herbs. Please note that it is not absolutely necessary to use the sieve for the heating chamber. Nevertheless, we recommend it.

Stilus / Stilus Pro Convection / Stilus Pro Conduction: Unscrew the battery compartment of the vaporizer from the thread and remove the battery.

Convectum: Open the flap on the stand side of the vaporizer and remove the battery.

You use the cotton wool if you want to evaporate oil. Simply drip a few drops of oil onto the cotton and you can start vaporizing.

If you vaporize wax, the cotton can be removed

To turn the vaporizer on and off, press the power button three times (quickly).

No, the chambers of the Stilus Pro Convection and Stilus Pro Conduction have the same volume size, but different formats.

Therefore, you should make sure that the dosage capsules are suitable for your device.

To charge the vaporizer, the battery must be in the device. Then plug the USB-C cable into a suitable power source and the Micro USB-C port into the appropriate socket on the vaporizer.

Normal Mode (N): set any temperature using the plus and minus buttons. Once the temperature is set, your vaporizer will heat up to the desired temperature. The temperature can also be changed later.

Time mode (T): you can set a starting temperature using the plus and minus buttons. After you have chosen a desired starting temperature, you can now select an end temperature, also using the plus and minus buttons. You always confirm the desired temperatures by pressing the power button. Now you set the duration of your session, also using the plus and minus buttons and confirmation via the power button. Your vaporizer then heats up to the starting temperature and warms up to the final temperature over the desired period of time.

Stilus Pro Conduction / Stilus Pro Convection: press the power button once to see how much time is left.

Convectum: the timer on the Convectum is permanently visible during the session.

Das Glas am Mundstück sitzt sehr fest. Man bekommt es heraus, in dem man daran dreht und zieht.

Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist, man löst das Sieb am Mundstück und drückt es von unten heraus.

Der Stilus Pro Konvektion und Stilus Pro Max unterscheiden sich durch das Volumen der Heizkammer. Die Kammer des Stilus Pro Max ist größer als die vom Stilus Pro Konvektion.

Die Grammangaben beziehen sich auf pures Cannabis, was ausreicht um dich Higher zu machen.

Grundsätzlich ist die perfekte Temperatur-Einstellung von Nutzer zu Nutzer unterschiedlich. Auch hängt es damit zusammen, was du verdampfst.

Bei Cannabisblüten empfehlen wir zwischen 160°C - 220°C zu verdampfen.

Oder du nutzt unseren Timemode, bei dem du eine Start- und Endtemperatur wählst.

Wenn die LED's bei deinem Stilus / Stilus Mini einmal alle rot blinken, beudetet das, dass der Akku schwach ist und das Gerät geladen werden muss.

Während des Ladevorgangs müssen die LED's leuchten. Wenn alle LED's grün sind, ist das Gerät voll aufgeladen.

Sollten die LED's beim Laden nicht leuchten, gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:

1. Akku kontakte prüfen (nicht beim Stilus Mini, da festverbauter Akku)

2. Ein anderes Ladegerät und ggfs. Steckdose ausprobieren.

Eine Dosierkapsel ist im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten. Diese sind optional und nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Dennoch raten wir dazu, Dosierkapseln für deinen Vaporizer zu verwenden, da diese u. a. die Kammer schonen.

Paypal, Klarna und viele andere Zahlungsanbieter unterstützen unsere Produkte leider nicht. Deshalb können wir leider nur die Zahlung per Banküberweisung und Kreditkarte anbieten.

Das ist stark abhängig von den Kräutern und den Temperaturen die du verwendest. Sobald du keine Wirkung mehr verspürst und kein Dampf mehr sichtbar ist, solltest du deine Kräuter wechseln.
